You are entitled to a refund if the goods purchased:

• Are defective at the time of purchase.
• Do not match the description provided by us.

You are not entitled to a refund if you change your mind or make the wrong choice.

We are happy to exchange any full price purchase made within 7 days of receipt of goods. A credit note valid for 12 months will be issued in the case that there is nothing you wish to exchange for.

Strictly no exchange or refund on reduced/clearance items.

Customers are responsible for postage costs of returns/exchanges. Shoes must be returned in the original unworn condition and in the packaging in which they were received.
